Human creations - The Three “T” (Extracted from my up coming new book)

Call it a theory or even a philosophy, I believe it is worth the sharing. This topic had come across my mind for quite sometime and I finally putting into words. For those who often join me for my “sharing session” probably already have a clue and for those who are still “a deer with no eye”, you are most welcome to read and comment on this.

There are tons of human creations out there and I had chosen the three “T” which stands for Time, trends and traditions. Why them? No special reasons but they sounds catchy and very much debatable.

Let’s start with – Time

What is the first thing that pops up in your mind when I ask you what on earth is TIME? a clock? a bunch of numbers that sums up your life time? perhaps your age? Well, to me, time does not exist! I know it sounds absurd but do let me explain.

Thanks to our beloved ancestor who creates symbols that looks like: “I II III IV V”. Yup, human discovered how to count via NUMBERS. From then till now, human calculates everything from branches on a tree to cells in human body. Somewhere between there, along came a thing we call TIME. If I were to remove numbers in this very vortex, do you think time still exist?

As we grow up, we see more and more numbers. Don’t get too exited now, I’m not talking about Lotto numbers. What do they really mean to you? I know they keep you organize at some point but what are they? What do I think about them? Simple, they are just bunch of limitations and barriers. Again do let me emphasize that I had not lost my mind and do let me point out.

We are being “counted” since we are proven alive in our mommy’s tummy (no matter it was a planned birth or accident, you are being counted). In the next coming years, we learned how to count and so we started counting down our life.

From the ancient to the very current, scientist have come out with tons of statistics, we have accurate data that safe lives and predictions that barely just rough calculations. Let’s come back to our topic – Time. We all knows that time came from the calculation of earth spinning it-self a full round equals a day and from there, divide further to get hours, minutes and seconds.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to tell you how does the average age statistic works, for your convenience, they even split out by gender (how kind of them). This is when my first limitation example comes in. If you were to follow the timing prediction by scientist, you are actually giving direct orders to your body that it must grow on specific calculated years and deceased in the so called average years.

Please bear in mind that your body listens only to the sole master – YOU!

No doctor in this world can tell you exactly how your brain works, but they can brain wash you with tons of theories and statistics. When you start to believe, trust me, you are in deep trouble. Please respect the intelligence of your body as it is much more complex and advance then you think.

You want science? I give you science. Remember the chicken story? It was well tested by switching the lights off and on every six hours to replace the original twelve hours sun light, it actually deceives the chickens and guess what, their grow-up speed was doubled. Just in case chickens are not convincing enough, try do a simple test, try ask everyone around you their sleeping hours per day. Doctor suggested an eight hours sleep for a full grown adult, but how many of us actually need to “charge” 6 - 8 hours per-day? (I only sleep 4-5 hours per-day and it last me for at least 16 hours)

The most unfair thing that ever happened by following time is – it creates stupidity. Again, do let me explain.

Everyone’s brain is different, some fast, some not so fast. Sadly we were not accessed by brain speed but time. We were forced to follow the set time to do certain things like education, work and even retirement. All thanks to the person (god knows who’s brilliance idea) who came out with statistics suggesting we should for example get in to primary at age seven and retired at the age of fifty five. They even tell you when to get pregnant.

Imagine this, if my brain works slower or requires longer period for maturity, I ultimately can’t coup with the so called “average” time you set. I was then tag “stupid” and kick to the last class, that already changes my future. Let’s say I survive education and start working, what happened when I needed longer time to learn up task? Yup, I was fired. As my age catches up, I was force to retired at fifty five. That is like forcing an “average” person in to early retirement. The above mentioned example can go vice versa (that is even worst – stopping a genius to develop – Ouch!).

Get my point of view? Still think time exist and willing to calculate your-self to your last breath?

(the conclusion written is for all three “T”, it will not be posted now)
